The talk show queen and the gap-toothed comic officially put to rest their long-simmering feud as Winfrey appeared as Letterman's guest on Thursday night's edition of CBS' "Late Show."

"I have never for a moment had a feud with you as far as I knew," she said. "There is no feud. It's only peace and love."

The show drew record ratings for Letterman.
